Marketing Manager: Lead Generation

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our lead generation operations under the guidance of the Vice President, Retail Sales. The ideal candidate will be a very hands-on self-starter, jumping in and thriving on executing marketing campaigns using digital and traditional lead generation channels to attract the most qualified buyers. They will also work closely with the American Tubs’ sales team to deliver on established goals and take the lead on managing outside vendors.
Activities and Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to support the growth of American Tubs
? Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
? Identify, track, and share progress on key performance metrics/KPI’s (number and quality of leads)
? Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies; track and manage budget
? Build and/or manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors/partners
? Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to deliver on company objectives
? Help establish and work closely with new call center
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/related or equivalent training and/or experience
? 3+ years of B2C marketing experience, specifically in execution of lead generation campaigns
? Demonstrated results in driving new customer acquisition via traditional and digital channels
? In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
? Hands-on self-starter: creative and resourceful + execution-focused to drive results
? Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills; natural collaborator
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
? Experience in home improvement industry (or similar) a plus
