Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)/User Experience (UX)
Our growing team here at System Pavers is committed to improving the digital journey of customers in the home improvement industry. This role will be instrumental in optimizing every single website experience that System Pavers has in any of our many regions and individual locations. We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization/User Experience Specialist that understands how to maximize every single visit to our websites. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the journey our customers go on to ensure that the funnels, offers and experiences are strategically driving the visitors into positive experiences for the customer and for System Pavers. This role will work primarily with internal teams, but may also support and partner with select external vendors.
This position requires a strong understanding of digital analytics, a working understanding of development principles, and most importantly a strong understanding of user behaviors and online/ecommerce best practices. Must be able to strategize, develop, and execute on website optimizations that result in conversion rate increases. There are multiple objectives in this industry and having a robust perspective on what a true digital victory looks like is important. Being able to communicate clearly and to collaborate with other members of the marketing team, among others, will be a huge asset in the success of this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is primarily remote with periodic travel, as needed. Our office is in Santa Ana, where we have occasional team meetings, events and brainstorming sessions. There will be 1-2 weeks of onsite training in the first 30 days or so, then quarterly travel.
