Our growing team here at System Pavers is committed to improving the digital journey of customers in the home improvement industry. This role will be instrumental in optimizing every single website experience that System Pavers has in any of our many regions and individual locations. We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization/User Experience Specialist that understands how to maximize every single visit to our websites. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the journey our customers go on to ensure that the funnels, offers and experiences are strategically driving the visitors into positive experiences for the customer and for System Pavers. This role will work primarily with internal teams, but may also support and partner with select external vendors.

This position requires a strong understanding of digital analytics, a working understanding of development principles, and most importantly a strong understanding of user behaviors and online/ecommerce best practices. Must be able to strategize, develop, and execute on website optimizations that result in conversion rate increases. There are multiple objectives in this industry and having a robust perspective on what a true digital victory looks like is important. Being able to communicate clearly and to collaborate with other members of the marketing team, among others, will be a huge asset in the success of this role.

Our CRO/UX Marketing Specialist will join a team of visionaries who enjoy working together as we help make the world a more beautiful place through facilitating remodels that transform the way homeowners enjoy their outdoor spaces.



  • Develop, deploy, oversee, analyze and optimize website tactics to increase overall website performance
  • Strategize online funnels to drive towards objectives that include, but are not limited to leads generated, database additions, e-commerce conversions and revenue and others.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand organizational priorities and align tactics and strategies to ensure all departmental and organizational goals are not only being met, but surpassed.
  • Have a growth mentality that enables a constant testing strategy. Tests that can include offers, copy, creative, landing page, calls to action and many others. Strong organizational skills are very important to not only execute these tests, but to learn from them and to develop a departmental knowledge base of what is supporting organizational growth.
  • This role will work very closely with other digital marketers and will collaborate and support each other to elevate departmental performance.
  • Must have incredible attention to detail. Close monitoring of KPI’s such as CVR, Leads Generated, AOV, Session Scoring and others are very important to the success of this position.
  • Consistently uphold brand and style guidelines, and communicate these standards to others
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and the home improvement industry



  • Minimum 3 years in digital marketing (CRO/UX). Other channel level experience is a plus as well.
  • Previous experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and others preferred
  • Must have a strong understanding of what KPI’s drive growth in CRO/UX marketing and to be able to leverage those indicators to not only reach, but surpass departmental and organizational goals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop and gain consensus around solutions
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Must be a logical thinker with great attention to detail
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, & Outlook

This position is primarily remote with periodic travel, as needed. Our office is in Santa Ana, where we have occasional team meetings, events and brainstorming sessions. There will be 1-2 weeks of onsite training in the first 30 days or so, then quarterly travel.
