The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead generation campaigns, including digital, social and traditional marketing that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be a very hands-on self-starter, jumping in and thriving on building the marketing infrastructure and pipeline of leads. They will also work closely with the American Tubs’ sales team to deliver on established goals and manage outside vendors. Position reports directly to the Vice President, Retail Sales.

Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing plan and calendar to drive a consistent pipeline of leads to sales
  • Plans, executes, monitors and optimizes digital and traditional advertising campaigns
  • Nurture and grow Yelp and Google listings to maintain a positive presence to generate leads
  • Maintain a positive presence on sites like BBB, Diamond Certified etc.
  • Identify, track, and share progress on number and quality of leads generated
  • Build and/or manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors/partners
  • Work with sales, call center and operations to deliver on company objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/related or equivalent training and/or experience
  • 3+ years marketing experience, specifically in demand / lead generation and direct response campaigns
  • Demonstrated results in driving leads via digital and traditional channels
  • Experience with social media and online advertising, along with content marketing and automation
  • Hands-on self-starter: creative and resourceful + execution-focused to drive results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills; natural collaborator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; Familiarity with web design a big plus
