Jr. SFMC DEVELOPER (Jr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer)

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP email deployment
• ESP Quality Assurance and Testing
• SFMC or similar ESP Journey Construction and Analysis
• Amscript, HTML and SQL Queries
• Cross team interaction and coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Fundamental understanding of database technologies such as basic HTML, RDBMS, NoSQL

Responsibilities:

• Iterative improvement of Marketing Cloud data model and architecture
• Cross Cloud Support, interfacing SF Service Cloud and Loyalty for seamless Guest experience
• Support email marketing/loyalty teams with building and deploying email campaigns
• Performing technical QA on emails and email campaigns
• Supporting team with custom queries, email & SMS templates, script-based dynamic templates
• Maintenance and execution of automation jobs
• Build out comprehensive customer journeys
• Mentoring business around SFMC best practices
