Job Requirements:

• Ensure that all supplies and equipment needed by field service technicians to perform their daily jobs are in stock and available for distribution.
• Use of RFID scanner to pick and pack parts to fulfill parts and order requests.
• Receive inbound shipments and issue parts to field service technicians.
• Maintain stock of serviceable equipment by use of cycle counting and inventory.
• Inspect and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order. Flag unserviceable equipment and provide replacement as needed.
• Use of parts manuals, online schematics, online parts resources, and other sources to identify needed parts.
• Advise customer and field service technicians of parts needed according to description.
• Performs pickup of necessary supplies as needed to support operations.
