Senior iOS Developer

We are a growing technology company focused on providing the best digital mapping and information applications for outdoor enthusiasts. We’re looking for talented individuals to join our rapidly growing product development team to build out our web and mobile applications. Our startup is located in Bothell, WA. This position can be onsite or remote


  • Author, test, and deliver new feature code and fix issues for our IOS applications
  • Design interfaces to backend components and collaborate with server-side developers to ensure our mobile apps integrate seamlessly with our web and backend apps
  • Collaborate other team members on technical code reviews, designs, and integration
  • Collaborate with product management


You have a passion for software development and for coming up with simple and elegant solutions to difficult problems. You don’t cut corners and develop ugly and fragile hacks, but you also don’t over-engineer to prepare for every possible hypothetical future scenario. You focus on following best development practices, automated testing, and delivering quality code at all times.

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 2+ years of mobile development experience
  • Delivered one or more IOS apps to the Apple Store
  • Solid understanding of software development processes
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be proactive, have great attention to detail, be organized and a team player

Additional desired skills:

  • Experience using GIS software and mapping libraries, especially ESRI's ArcGIS
  • Android development experience
  • Experience in C# or C++
  • User interface design and development experience
  • Experience in database and network programming
  • Demonstrable database skills include strong Microsoft Transact-SQL language, database connectivity, stored procedures, DB design, and security
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and XML
  • Familiarity or experience with AWS
  • Love of the outdoors and/or hunting experience
