The role you will play:

  • Full Time, 4-10s
  • No holidays, no call – 1 Saturday shift every 6 weeks.
  • The BMT ANM supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, creativity, and has the knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and leading a professional and technical team in the delivery of services to patient population.
  • Assures quality of care is delivered to patients and demonstrates effective stewardship of scarce resources.
  • Supportive of change activities on their unit and works to assure implementation of change that may occur.
  • Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Background:

  • Associate’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
  • Specific experience as delineated by the unit of employment.
  • Current & valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse.
  • BLS & ACLS Certifications
  • EKG competency.
  • 3 years minimum of RN BMT infusion experience.
  • 2 years minimum of leadership experience with direct reports.
  • BSN preferred.
