Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our Maternal Fetal Medicine team in Waco, TX. This role performs routine and advanced OB/GYN sonographic imaging for both ambulatory and hospitalized patients in a clinic setting. You will work under the general supervision of an MFM Specialist to assess and diagnose complex pregnancy conditions, ensuring a compassionate and informed patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams specific to maternal-fetal medicine.

• Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients.

• Provide support to MFM physicians by identifying abnormalities and preparing imaging for interpretation.

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout the imaging process.

• Maintain equipment and comply with all safety, HIPAA, and clinical standards.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.

Experience:

• New graduates considered, but OB/GYN experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications (Required):

• ARDMS (OB/GYN) or (AB)
  or

• ARRT (S) – Sonography

• Fetal Echocardiography (FE) or Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification required within 1 year of hire.
