Executive Assistant - Digital Brand

Job Overview

Our client is a leading digital fitness and nutrition company HQ in Charlotte, NC. They are seeking an Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator to help manage the day to day operations of a rapidly growing digital brand!.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be passionate and knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and wellness
  • Responsibility for all online order fulfillment
  • Customer service communication (will receive on average 100+ emails a day)
  • Membership management (currently they have approximately 2200 paying members)
  • Ability to keep up with marketing trends and strategies
  • Manage all email and social media campaigns
  • Help build out a system to automate current work tasks
  • General office organization (ordering supplies, clerical, filing, deliveries, errands, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Manage office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
  • Bring proactive ideas for brand management and a growing overall market presence
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain and update supervisors' daily calendar
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports
  • Any other tasks assigned by leaders

The right candidate will have a personable demeanor with an ability to make a strong, positive first impression. Excellent communication skills with an aptitude to interact positively and professionally with multiple levels of individuals are essential. Equally, it is imperative that the candidate have an authentic knowledge, passion, and interest in the fitness and nutrition industry.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support functions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Social Media web platforms experience (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Flexible - in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness with a positive "can-do" spirit
  • Strong work ethic and someone that aspires to help grow and grow with a digital brand/company
  • Proven ability to drive projects forward while simultaneously multitasking in an environment with shifting priorities
  • Quick learner - have a "knack" for learning – able to figure things out and adapt on the go
  • Independent - able to work under little direction and exercise sound judgment when making time sensitive decisions
  • Reliable teammate - able to thrive in a team setting, willingness to help others, while also being able to work well independently
  • Self-starter - knows when to trust instincts and take initiative and when to ask for help
  • Problem solver - proactively and efficiently identifies creative solutions
