They are seeking to add an experienced Sr. Production Engineer w/ these qualifications:

• BS in Engineering -preference for Petroleum
• Minimum 7+ years production/operations engineering experience
• Preference for expertise w/ mature, onshore assets requiring artificial lift
• Solid technical production engineering skillset in both subsurface & surface
• Demonstrated know how for annual budget & planning cycle, tracking, management reporting
• Excellent leadership/supervision attributes required to manage technician, analyst, field personnel
• Close attention to detail to monitor/report daily crude inventory & monthly forecast of sales
• Proven ability to lead production optimization program working closely w/ Operations Manager & field personnel to plan/execute well operations, chemical programs, artificial lift, etc
• Self-starter, confident leader, calm demeanor, organized, trustworthy, solid work ethic
