Our client is an innovative privately held entity w/diversified portfolio of business units that manufacture, operate, and market/distribute specialty products to domestic & international customers. This well-established manufacturing company has process operations, construction, trucking, marine/barge, rail, terminal, and related operations. They are motivated to secure a Senior Project Manager resulting from business growth and increased customer demand. 

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee capital projects ranging from <$5 million to $100 million
• Scope, budget, plan, & execute projects working closely with a variety of business unit leaders
• Identify, evaluate, & select contractors/suppliers
• Manage a team of project engineers
• Introduce & implement best practices across all business units

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management
• 6+ years in project engineering/management preferably in plant, refinery or manufacturing industry w/ operating companies
• Experience working/partnering with 3rd party engineering design & consulting firms
• Innovative & strategic thinker to optimize programs & initiatives across multiple business units
• Proven leader with excellent team skills, interpersonal attributes to fit within company culture
• Driven to succeed w/ aspirations for career advancement
