The Candidate Must Haves:

1. BSEE or BS Instrument Engineering
2. Passion for Controls, Power Systems, and Instrumentation. Ability to perform at a high level of maintaining electrical, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
3. Chemical or Petro-Chem industry experience.
4. Enjoyment of project management. Must be able to design, estimate, select equipment, contract bid, oversight, startup, and commissioning of projects. A very diverse background.
5. Identify Root Cause and Hazop Studies.
6. Support, service, and repair when called upon.
7. Growth Mindset – The ability to identify and recommend areas of improvement for future expansion.
8. Safety First – Help with the managing the safety program on site. Also, being able to develop and in other quality programs within the company
9. Ability to program DCS, PLC, and HMI
10. 5+ years of experience
11. PE is a plus
