Our client is a privately held regional manufacturing & logistics company that services the oil/gas, electrical power, and pipeline construction industries. The firm has a rich history of success, is well-respected, values its employees, and growing/diversifying at a rapid pace.

There is an immediate need to add a Director of Sales & Business Development at this expanding enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise & optimize a "book of business" to grow the company's top line sales with existing and new client accounts
  • Expand markets along the Gulf Coast, throughout Texas, and Oklahoma¬†
  • Establish company as market leader in sales territories and capture market share from competitors

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales/business development in oil/gas/midstream service, pipeline construction and/or industrial construction
  • College degree highly desired
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, proven sales professional with high integrity & exceptional work ethic

Compensation includes competitive base salary, robust commission schedule, vehicle and benefits package.
