Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary engineering design and project management firm, is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple water infrastructure projects in the US Southwest region. This role involves managing scope, budget, and schedules across various phases—from proposals and feasibility studies to final design and construction support, and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and support business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Establish project objectives, procedures and performance standards, and lead multi-disciplinary teams on proposals, planning studies, feasibility through final designs, and construction services.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, performance standards, and contract terms
Engage in proposal development, pricing strategies, and risk reviews
Foster client relationships and ensure service excellence
Promote collaboration across teams and mentor junior staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or related field; PE license highly preferred
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in project management
PMP certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
