Our client is an innovative and privately held entity with a diversified portfolio of business units that manufacture, operate, and market/distribute specialty petrochemical products to domestic & international customers. They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Integrity Supervisor to support their Maintenance/Engineering Department by developing and maintaining initiatives to improve overall reliability.

Qualifications Include the Following:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in petrochemical/manufacturing environments.
- Experience with fixed equipment & FEMI standards
- Knowledge of inspection techniques, destructive and NDT, API/ASME fabrication and inspection codes, and welding & metallurgy preferred
- Experience with AutoCad, PCMS, and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Foster good relationships with colleagues through strong leadership and communication skills
- Develop and coordinate TAR repair plans
- Ensure compliance with equipment standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor inspection teams, review and approve inspection plans and assessments.
- Manage inspection data, coordinate equipment re-ratings, and oversee repair activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise for temporary repairs and metallurgical analyses.
- Maintain asset records, update programs and procedures, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for fixed equipment inspection.
