Our client is an international leader in the design, manufacturer, and supplier of water (potable & waste) treatment equipment, filtration and technologies across a variety of industries/applications. Robust demand and increased market share have created an appetite to secure a proven/accomplished Regional Sales Manager for its South American Markets
The successful candidate will:
- Maintain & develop water/wastewater treatment client partners for company products employed in municipal & industrial markets including power generation, cooling, food/beverage, & consumer products
- Create and drive sales/marketing processes to strategically pursue & win major projects by direct selling to key decision makers & leveraging professional network
- Negotiate win-win contracts, keep oversight on projects to track business activities, ensure client satisfaction, facilitate changes/adjustments, pay close attention to detail at all times
- Practice high levels of technical sales in product line to create value added solutions for client partners in application engineering, aftermarket sales, & field service
- Actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, training seminars, members associations, training/development workshops, & equipment forums
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required & MBA desired
- Minimum 5 yrs and desired 10+ direct selling to municipal & industrial markets including power generation, cooling, food/beverage & consumer products
- Deep knowledge & professional network in target markets with emphasis on existing client partners and prospective customers in Northeast US Region
- Proven & consistent track record of building long-term relationships & successful sales/marketing results in target markets
- Self-directed, high energy, polished communicator/presenter, passion for selling, solid integrity, leader
- Proficient with CRM Salesforce
- Requires significant travel ranging 40-50%
- Must be bi-lingual (Spanish speaking)
