Our client, a well established, very stable/well funded with long term cash flow from operations, private midstream transportation and storage company with world class assets is seeking a Maintenance/Reliability engineer to work as a key member of their reliability/maintenance programs for their operations in S. Louisiana.   Will help monitor, plan and maintain the company's critical areas of operating equipment with emphasis on mechanical, electrical and some static/structural equipment/systems.  Will coordinate in house maintenance technical craft personnel along with coordinating specialized services/contractors to optimize up time and operating efficiencies.  Company has one of the best total compensation packages we've seen for a smaller company with paid medical/dental/vision, 401k-match and additionally with a pension along with competitive base/cash bonus, vacation etc. and is in a strategic growth phase.  Career growth is very appealing to those looking for a long term career/work home in that due to low turnover many long time employees hired in the early 80's are now beginning to retire.  The company also has service diversification and increase capacity projects in the planning/execution phase which is a driver for growth.

Requirements for success:

• BS in Engineering (ME, EE, or PetE preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance or reliability engineering
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• CMRP certification desired (Certified Maint. & Reliability Pro)
• Root Cause Failure Analysis Exp req'd
• Computerized Maintenance software exp. desired
• Predictive Maintenance exp. required
• Midstream or pipeline operating company exp. preferred 
• Connections to or affinity for living in S. La. highly desired
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
• Desire to work in operations/field office environment required
