Our client is an innovative privately held entity w/diversified portfolio of business units that manufacture, operate, and market/distribute specialty products to domestic & international customers. They are seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to assist in improving refinery and terminal production by using advanced inspection techniques to predict and prevent equipment failures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 2+ years experience in petrochemical/manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of destructive & non-destructive techniques, API/ASME codes, welding, and basic metallurgy preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, PCMS, and Microsoft Office.
- Must pass Functional Job Capacity Evaluation (FCE).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of equipment, codes, and standards (RAGAGEP).
- Supervise and mentor inspection teams; review systemization, CML allocation, and inspection plans.
- Support data analysis, manage inspection intervals, and approve repair plans.
- Coordinate equipment re-rates, TAR activities, and hot tapping/temporary repairs.
- Oversee metallurgical analyses, engineering support services, and project planning.
- Maintain asset records, develop KPIs, and update programs/procedures.
- Participate in incident investigations, RCFA, MOC, PHA, and DMA.
- Provide expertise for capital projects, corrosion, coatings, and materials.
