Your Role:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, your role will be to proactively solicit new residential mortgage clients, cultivate strong relationships with referral partners, and ensure each client receives a personalized, professional experience.
- Source New Business: Build relationships with realtors, builders, bankers, and others to generate leads.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize your extensive product knowledge to offer clients the best mortgage solutions that meet their needs.
- Analyze Financial Data: Assess applicants’ creditworthiness, financial status, and ability to repay, while recommending suitable loan products.
- Marketing & PR: Participate in marketing efforts and offer expert guidance on mortgage lending products to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, in-house support teams, and external service providers to facilitate timely closings.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who are ready to take charge of their careers and grow with a company that has a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the mortgage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage processes, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide guidance on the best loan options.
- Established referral list within the real estate and mortgage industries (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
- NMLS License is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
