What We’re Looking For:
2–4+ years of mortgage origination experience, preferably with both conventional and government loan programs
Familiarity with CRA lending and a passion for serving low-to-moderate income (LMI) borrowers
Existing connections with local Realtors, builders, housing nonprofits, or community organizations
A desire to grow your business in a supportive, locally driven, and service-oriented environment
