A key Optimus client is seeking an experienced subject matter expert focused on Contract Negotiations for their Crude and Refined Products Marketing business.

 

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts for the purchase, sale, movement and storage of Crude and Refined Products
• Ensure an effective controls environment including versioning and document management
• Escalate key negotiation points effectively with Commercial, Risk, Credit and Legal team leadership as needed
• Ensure contracts are properly captured in the system of record for transaction management

 

Requirements:

• 3 or more years' experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the purchase, sale, movement or storage of energy commodities
• Strong knowledge of Crude and Refined Products with experience in Waterborne preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• The ability to manage competing and concurrent deadlines
• A bachelor's degree in a business discipline
