Skills/Experience needed for success:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, or a related field from a four-year college or university is required. An MBA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a trading environment
• Experience in the Northeast natural gas and power markets
• Proficiency in Excel -other technologies a plus
• Knowledge/experience participating in auctions
• Ability to structure bilateral transactions and long-term deals
• Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to engage, educate, and influence across a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds
• Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and aligning them with commercial objectives
• Leadership Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving successful outcome
