Our client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer IV to drive user experience enhancements, process optimization, and low-code solution development within the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on creating user-centric workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance User Experience: Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly workflows on the ServiceNow platform to maximize end-user satisfaction and productivity.
- Process Optimization: Apply process engineering expertise to streamline and optimize workflows, improving operational efficiency and reducing complexity.
- Low-Code Solutions: Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement low-code opportunities aligned with business needs.
- Feedback & Adoption: Build feedback loops with end-users to drive solution adoption and continuous improvement.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective use and understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Best Practices: Stay up to date on platform releases and apply ITIL/ITSM best practices to all implementations, ensuring security and quality standards are met.
- Team Support & Issue Resolution: Assist with troubleshooting production issues, managing workload independently, and meeting project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years delivering IT solutions aligned with business initiatives.
- 5+ years developing ServiceNow solutions supporting business and customer objectives.
- 3+ years designing user experiences and user-friendly workflows on ServiceNow.
- Expertise in ITIL/ITSM and IAM standards for service catalog, knowledge base, and access management.
- Experience with ITSM Pro capabilities to enhance employee efficiency and engagement.
- Demonstrated success delivering unified user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency with workflow automation, integrations (Integration Hub), and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience implementing solutions with Agile methodologies.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator required; IT Service Management and Application Developer certifications preferred.

- Ability to deliver solutions that balance white-glove service with low-code automation.
