JOB SUMMARY:

The SAP PTM Lead plays a crucial role within the SAP Center of Excellence, overseeing functional design for the SAP S4/HANA system's Plan-to-Make and Production Planning aspects. In collaboration with various teams, including Parts Distribution and Vehicle Processing Centers, Operational and IT teams, and the AMS team, this position ensures alignment with established best practices, documentation standards, and operational requirements. The SAP PTM Lead actively contributes to SAP S/4HANA implementation, providing leadership in solution design and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, business insight, and effective communication skills to drive SAP initiatives successfully.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into SAP application requirements.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing integrated SAP solutions for complex technical and business needs.
• Provide SAP support, conducting analysis, development, testing, and problem resolution.
• Lead the design of WRICEFs for Parts Distribution and VPC Operations, specializing in SAP PTM/PP and ME domains.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
• 8+ years in SAP PTM/PP, ME, with hands-on experience in SAP ERP implementation projects.
• SAP certification(s) is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with a focus on healthy relationships and team dynamics.
