The manager/lead for crude and refined products accounting and finance is a key role to support commercial operations for the refinery.

The lead will have prior team management experience in a hydrocarbon/refinery team.  Knowledge includes:

• Crude and products settlements
• Inventory management and valuation
• Volumetric balancing
• Contract pricing
• Movement and storage management as it relates to end to end business processes, especially accounting
• Margin Analytics
• government reporting
• SAP and ETRM implementation
• Management reporting
• Team mentoring and training

The team leader will have a great attitude, desire to drive positive change, and crude and refined products accounting expertise.  Experience implementing SAP and ETRM systems is a plus.  Strong communication skills are a must.
