Our client is looking for an experienced Endur SME (Front Office) Senior Commercial Business Analyst to join their Commercial team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in Endur, capable of complex design and configuration work while advising less experienced team members.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main SME for Endur within the Commercial team, guiding team members through complex tasks.
• Perform hands-on design and configuration for complex Endur projects.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and upskilling them on Endur.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Endur.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all configurations and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Endur (Front Office), including configuration and design.
• Experience in commercial operations, with knowledge of trading and risk management.
• Ability to mentor and advise junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• 5+ years of experience working with Endur in a commercial business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in the energy, commodities, or trading sectors.
• Advanced Endur certifications or specialized training.
