Our client is seeking a skilled Endur Product Support Analyst to provide essential support for their Endur trading and risk management platform. The role will focus on managing and troubleshooting system-related issues, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Endur’s front, middle, and back-office processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Endur and a deep understanding of its integration with trading workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Endur users across trading, risk, and operations teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Manage system performance and data integrity, ensuring that Endur’s functionality meets business requirements.
- Assist in the configuration of Endur modules, supporting the optimization of system processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide training and documentation to users to enhance their understanding of Endur features and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business and risk management activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Endur product support or related roles within commodity trading and risk management.
- Strong understanding of Endur functionality, configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting system issues within a trading environment.
- Experience with scripting, database management, and system administration.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver efficient solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support users effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
