We’re hiring a Natural Gas Trader to lead short-term and spot transactions, drive optimization strategies, and collaborate closely with commercial and operations teams. You'll be the point person managing market flow and identifying revenue opportunities in an evolving space.

What you’ll do:

• Market Appalachian natural gas via short-term and spot transactions
• Optimize flow from wellhead to markets in collaboration with commercial teams
• Develop and execute strategies to create incremental portfolio value
• Perform market surveillance and fundamental analysis to inform trading decisions
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with pipelines, end users, and other key stakeholders
• Analyze pipeline dynamics and grid constraints to maximize value
• Monitor operational issues and constraints to proactively manage risk

What we’re looking for:

• Advanced understanding of midstream asset operations and Northeast pipeline networks
• Strong knowledge of macro supply/demand fundamentals
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and industry standard terms
• Excellent analytical and economic evaluation skills
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and drive team and company goals
• Minimum 5–8 years of related natural gas marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Energy, Finance, or related fields preferred)
