Role for a Quality Engineer who wants to make a big impact in a growing environment. Wide range of projects across several processes and products. Lots of new products scheduled for launch to support. This role includes direct customer interface for Quality Engineering issues and problem solving. Blend of work behind the desk leading compliance, documentation, and reporting, but also digging into quality problems on the production floor. Great mix of hands-on problem solving and customer interface. This is primarily injection-molded plastic products, with lots of varying equipment. Assembly processes too. Great engineering team to collaborate with and a manager who empowers engineers to own their work and make an impact.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3 or more years professional experience in Quality Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related technical discipline
• Great communication skills

  
  DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Automotive industry experience
• Plastics manufacturing experience
• Previous experience interfacing and communicating directly with customers on quality issues
• Strong knowledge of IATF (and related) quality and documentation standards
