Manufacturing Engineer role with leadership potential in an environment investing in new equipment, technology, and people. You’ll spend time supporting technology on the floor and in new project work. It’s a strong blend of both. Lots of varied production processes and equipment to support in a clean manufacturing environment. Happy to help people learn their processes and equipment, just a sharp engineer happy to learn new processes. Lots of new capital investments are being made including new automated equipment. It’s primarily an Allen-Bradley and Fanuc environment (although this isn’t a Controls focused role). You will support projects across root cause & corrective action for production and quality problems, process design, tool and equipment changes or specification, interface with equipment and service vendors, support cross-department projects, new product launches, CAPEX projects, and more. Great team of engineers to collaborate with. No micromanagement, and lots of opportunity for training, certification, and skills development.
This is also a leadership opportunity, as we are looking for someone interested in taking on team leadership in the long term. Excellent benefits include fantastic health plan, 401K matching, and education assistance.
Targeting a salary in the $80-105K area (flexible), plus a large annual bonus opportunity (around 15%).
