Role for a Manufacturing Engineer who wants to make a big impact in a growing environment. Wide range of projects across several processes and products. Lots of new products scheduled for launch to support. Get involved with root cause & corrective action for production and quality problems, tool and equipment changes or specification, CAPEX projects, Continuous Improvement, and more. Work spans production support and new investment projects. Primarily plastic and injection-molded products. The work is super varied and interesting. Great manager who empowers engineers on the team to own their work, and some strong engineers to collaborate with.

 

Targeting a salary of $80-95K, +15% bonus target, 10% annual stock award (employee owned company), 4% 401(k) match, get insurance benefits, and more. Relo help available too. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineer, or related
• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related technical discipline
• Great communication skills
