Facility is expanding again over the next two years, which means even more new processes, equipment, and technology to be involved with launching.

 

Primarily fabrication environment, lots of robotic cutting and welding for steel products. Fanuc robots and Cincinnati laser cutting, among a wide range of other technologies and automated equipment. Get involved with root cause & corrective action for production and quality problems, tool and equipment changes or specification, CAPEX projects, and more. The work is super varied and interesting. Great manager who empowers engineers on the team to own their work. Huge demand driving growth, and lots of recent and future investment happening in this environment.

 

Targeting a salary of $80-110K plus 10% bonus target. Great retirement benefits. Relo package available too.

 

REQUIRED:

• BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline
• 2+ years of professional Manufacturing Engineering
• Robotic experience (Fanuc is primarily used, but other robot experience like Yaskawa, ABB, or others can substitute)
• Excellent communication skills

 

DESIRED:

• Strong knowledge of Lean concepts
