OPPORTUNITY The Business Development Director role offers an exciting and incentivizing opportunity to grow your career with a rapidly growing organization (revenue and capacity expansion). This newly created role will report to and collaborate closely with the CEO of Earth Lab Botanicals and Earth Lab Holdings, and manage one direct report (Sales Executive). Compensation will include a base salary + commission. Benefits include:
Earth Lab Holdings will provide all of the tools and equipment an employee needs to be successful in their role including computer, a cell phone stipend, and expense reimbursement (with prior expense authorization). Other equipment may be provided upon request.

The Business Development Director should be bold enough to take calculated risks while stewarding the heritage and quality of the brand. This leader will possess empathic leadership abilities in order to engage, develop and grow a team of sales executives.
