Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist based in the tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT) to onboard, train, and support dentists and endodontic specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that dental professionals fully understand and confidently utilize our innovative products. You will deliver both online and in-person demonstrations and trainings, provide hands-on support during clinical procedures, and address any questions or concerns. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our early adopters, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
· Product Demonstrations & Trainings: Conduct engaging, informative online and on-site demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of Odne’s cutting-edge solutions.
· Clinical Procedure Support: Offer real-time guidance during clinical procedures, ensuring smooth integration and optimal results.
· Customer Support & Account Management: Act as the primary resource for early users nationwide, addressing inquiries and managing client accounts. Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to nurture relationships and ensure client success.
· Feedback Loop: Collect and structure customer feedback for our Swiss engineering team, ensuring continuous product enhancements and improvements.
· Event Coordination: Plan and organize both in-person and virtual events to drive lead generation and deepen customer engagement.

Qualifications
· Dental Expertise: Experience in dentistry (e.g., dental assistant, hygienist, or similar), providing a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures and comfortable clinical interactions.
· Client Relationship Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
· Outstanding Communication: Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
· Organization & Tech Proficiency: Self-starter adept at prioritizing tasks, utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and working with general IT tools (Microsoft 365).
· Remote & Travel Readiness: Comfortable working 100% remotely while traveling locally (and nationally, if needed) to meet customers.
