This role is the front line of all prospects, clients, and customers. Your number one goal is sales,
closely followed by partnering with marketing to build pipelines, and creative ways to attract
and engage prospective clients.
With your eyes and ears on the pulse of our prospects and clients, you hold the secret sauce to
the needs of everyone. These needs are the driving force behind customer success and sales. As
a robust yet lean company, your role also includes follow-on sales for repeat contracts, and
health checks on our clients’ success.
Accountabilities:
? Meeting new business sales goals for consulting programs both online and in-person.
? Communicate prospects needs to drive the marketing strategy to drive sales funnels and
inform marketing strategy and deliverables.
? Own the CRM database and processes.
? Passionately engage clients through discovery, sales, and follow-up to promote client
retention.
MUST haves:
1. Experience in premium-level service sales;
2. Dental industry experience at the GP level (not orthodontics);
3. Premium-level customer service;
4. Inside sales or virtual sales experience as either an SDR or BDR;
5. Experience selling intangible products and services;
6. Quick rapport-building and trust-gaining;
7. HIGH attention to detail;
8. Personality that seeks to add value constantly and consistently;
9. HIGHLY resourceful across technology platforms, and can figure things out on-the-fly;
10. Competencies in technology and social media platforms;
11. HIGHLY accountable and executes without reminders;

Compensation: 70-80k plus commissions OTE in year 1 is $120k.
PTO, Paid Holidays, 25% travel, Remote but MUST live in Arizona.
