About the Role:

As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our client's upcoming datacenter projects. This dual role requires a professional with a robust background in either datacenter or healthcare construction. You will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing budgets, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates for datacenter projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Utilize industry best practices to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of project development from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing any issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to coordinate project activities. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry, with a focus on datacenter or healthcare projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software and estimating tools.
• Certifications: PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus, not required.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
