What You Will Do

• Estimate with Xactimate: Accurately scope projects for residential, multi-family, and commercial restoration work.
• Lead Restoration Projects: Manage subcontractors, trades, and timelines from start to finish.
• Ensure Project Success: Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control to deliver exceptional results.
• Build Relationships: Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders to align expectations and drive project satisfaction.
• Network Subcontractors: Expand and maintain a reliable team of trades and vendors for multi-family and commercial work.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Xactimate: Accurate estimating, including sketching, is a must.
• Proven Leadership: Experience managing restoration projects valued at $100K-$800K.
• Hands-On Expertise: Skilled at scheduling trades, leading subcontractors, and driving workflows.
• Client Communication: Ability to work seamlessly with insurance adjusters and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong oversight of budgets, schedules, and project details.
