What You’ll Do:

• Run 5–10 projects valued up to $5M, ranging from solar to DSA installs
• Oversee field coordination, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking
• Be the go-to between clients, foremen, and vendors
• Use tools like Bluebeam, Excel, and Trimble to stay ahead of schedule
• Own your outcomes—from preconstruction handoff to closeout delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years managing commercial electrical construction projects
• Proficiency with software tools (Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Trimble)
• Strong communication with field and office staff
• Experience with union crew coordination a plus
• Bonus points for DSA/public works or energy storage experience
