ParkerBeth Search Partners is very pleased to have an opportunity to help one of our top clients hire a successful Project Manager. This role is a full-time opportunity and will be located in Northern and Southern CA, Seattle WA, Phoenix AZ, Reno NV, and Boise ID.

Our client is one of the largest mechanical contractors in the country. Since 1934, owners and builders have selected our client to design, install, and maintain more than 250,000 mechanical projects. our client is dedicated to the design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and service of commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, process piping, and building automation systems.

About the Position:

The Project Manager is the single source responsibility to our client and the customer. Perform all project management functions required to promote and finalize sales including concept engineering, complete estimates, written proposals, direct meetings, to successful job completion. Successful management of contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution. Coordination of field labor and installation sequencing between the customer and our client ’s field leadership.

Understand financial aspects of the job

Forecasting, prepare budget projection and control costs within agreed upon limits. Provide letters, proposals, memos, contracts, change orders, strategies, etc. for good business procedures and legal protection.

Position Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $25+ million
  • Ability to operate independently and autonomously to facilitate goals outlined by your supervisor
  • Demonstrate a corresponding high sense of integrity
  • Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business
  • Strong interpersonal and project management abilities, employing strong organizational skills to respond successfully to a high volume of issues.
  • Maintain a community presence in an industry-based or community-based organization.

  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk; sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, especially when conducting job site walks.
  • Must possess & maintain a valid class “c” driver’s license and have the ability to drive a vehicle.
  • Regular and routine attendance
