Your Role as Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising subcontractors, trades, and field crews.
• Overseeing interior finish work, including high-end millwork, flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and specialty installations.
• Coordinating site inspections and ensuring compliance with public works and state-funded project regulations.
• Maintaining strict safety and security protocols in an occupied government facility.
• Managing construction schedules, logistics, and material coordination for night-shift operations.
• Working directly with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep the project on track.
• Conducting weekly site meetings and providing progress updates.
• Using Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office to track and report project progress.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years of construction experience, with at least 4 years as a Superintendent.
• Extensive experience in interior finish work for commercial or public projects.
• Proven ability to manage night-shift construction in an occupied facility.
• Experience with site inspections on public works and state-funded projects.
• Experience in secure or high-traffic public projects is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore (preferred).
• OSHA-30 certification (preferred, but can be obtained).

Soft Skills & Requirements:

• No job hoppers – candidates must have a consistent work history.
• Ability to work 4-10s (Monday-Thursday, 6:30 PM - 5:00 AM).
• Must pass an extensive background check and DMV screening (security badging required).
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects.
• Local to Las Vegas, NV, or willing to relocate.

Compensation & Schedule

Location: Las Vegas, NV – On-site role.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 PM - 5:00 AM (Night Shift).
Salary Range: $130K-$135K.
Vehicle Allowance: $1,200 per month or company truck provided.
