The Project Manager role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Real Estate team to execute on planning, supervision, and coordination of all tasks in the land development process through disposal. This position will be in direct communication with the Senior Management Team on a daily basis.
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to execute on planning, supervision, and coordination of all tasks in the land development process through disposal. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for assigned internal projects of various size representing the company in their role as owner’s representative for the client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Interface with consultants, professional trades and others associated with assigned projects.
· Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, its goals and deliverables.
· Prepare Bid Packages and lead contractor walkthroughs.
· Managing the design of the project documents to monitor project performance.
· Resolving, tracking and escalating critical issues to minimize project risk factors.
· Executing and managing project strategy.
· Communicating with consultants, general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors.
· Reporting on project progress and communicating relevant information to superiors and company management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Administration, Construction Management, Real Estate or related experience is preferred.
· Horizontal Construction and building knowledge
· Understanding of project delivery
· Strong leadership skills
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
