 We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Fargo. In this role, the ideal candidate will provide safe and effective therapy services including the evaluation of functional performance ability of persons impaired by physical illness or injury, congenital or developmental disability and/or the aging process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories and personal goals
  • Communicate with physicians and other health care providers to confirm plans of care
  • Advise family members and other supportive individuals about the level of care the patient needs
  • Provide occupational therapy guidance, support and education during patient sessions
  • Teach patients how to interact with adaptive technology
  • Show patients how to use assistive devices
  • Recommend purchase products to help them achieve their goals
  • Guide patients through graded activities
  • Generate reports for patients and their physicians and families

Education & Experience:

  • Current state OT license is required
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with Bachelor's in occupational therapy required
  • At least one year of experience in an outpatient setting preferred, New Grads are encouraged to apply
