CONTEXT: Our client is seeking an outstanding Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts and drive business growth in the Commercial/Corporate Catering sector. This role will be integral in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering sales, both commercial and corporate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence within the catering industry.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Adapt sales strategies to align with market demands and emerging trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management. Use insights to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  • Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure the seamless execution of catering services and address any client concerns or feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • History of sales experience in catering, both corporate and commercial.
  • Proven track record in hospitality and catering events.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
