CONTEXT: Our client is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for their Garden Ridge location in San Antonio, TX. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires someone who can manage communication with both customers and field crews. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This is a critical position that supports daily operations, job scheduling, and customer satisfaction, and is available for immediate hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate daily with field crews, project managers, and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enter and track job orders, resolve issues, and follow up to confirm service completion.
  • Maintain a professional and calm demeanor while handling multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Support office administration as needed, including documentation, customer files, and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Experience in construction or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry, scheduling systems, email).
