Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Healthcare Account Manager to join our team. This role will serve as the key liaison between our clients, sales, and recruiting teams, ensuring smooth delivery, satisfaction, and growth of accounts in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for healthcare clients, managing relationships and ensuring their staffing needs are met.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to understand client requirements and drive candidate submissions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and manage order activity, track metrics, and proactively resolve client or candidate issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or account management.
  • Healthcare experience is a MUST.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools is a plus.
