Job Title: Registered Nurse – ER NIGHTS

Location: Worcester, MA

Department: ER

Job Type: 13-Week Contract

Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Compensation: Up to $2,730 weekly + benefits starting Day 1!

Position Summary:

Busy 50 bed ER with dedicated behavioral health space. Sees all patients to include maternity and pediatrics

Perm MA license in hand required.
1+ years of ED experience
ACLS, BLS required
3x12 nights - every other weekend required, every other holiday required.

Special Procedures/Unit Details:

Stroke, STEMI, Conscious sedation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care
• Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry data and report abnormalities promptly
• Document all nursing care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and hospital procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Licensure:
• Active Massachusetts RN license – Required
• Certifications:

• ACLS, BLS, De-escalation Training (MOAB/CPI/AVADE etc)*, PALS, TNCC*

• Experience:

• 1+ years exp pref'd (will consider candidates with 1 yr) in ER

• First time traveler considered depending on candidate fit

• Meditech req'd

• Education:
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* Must float to like units, If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands ** will not practice outside of scope **
