Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule: 3x12 Days Shifts (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Up to $2,350 weekly + benefits starting Day 1!

Position Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and compassionate Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift contract in Methuen, MA. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care for adult patients with a variety of medical and post-surgical conditions while monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms. This role is ideal for a nurse with solid clinical experience and strong critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care
• Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry data and report abnormalities promptly
• Document all nursing care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and hospital procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Licensure:
• Active Massachusetts RN license – Required
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required (AHA Only)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience – Required
• Prior night shift experience – Preferred
• Education:
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Work Conditions:

• 12-hour night shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays
• Requires physical ability to lift/move patients and equipment
• Must be able to work independently in a high-acuity, fast-paced unit
