Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a BDE who is ready to grow our network in the medical device segment, as well as the clinical and non-clinical pharma and biotech segment across the country. You should be driven to create relationships with new and existing clients to gain trust and business for Precision Life Science.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, generating new accounts, and managing the accounts in the brand portfolio. You should be a highly motivated, self-starter who can identify and develop new client leads from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. Additionally, you should maintain a relationship with existing clients to alleviate matters and gain additional roles.

What we ask of you:

  • Work independently to source, identify, and deliver clients, using a variety of creative sales methods.
  • Partner with Recruiters to identify and clarify job specifications to effectively generate top-quality recruiting opportunities and develop strategies to support current needs and future growth.
  • Establish and build effective relationships across the business as well as influencing best practice processes and strategies.
  • Identify, engage with, and create pipelines of tentative clients to target to gain new business opportunities.
  • Manage client activity within the CRM (Bullhorn); and engage with your clients for your open requisitions.

Who we are looking for:

  • A team-oriented individual that wants to grow, develop, and earn.
  • Experience in the agency recruiting environment.
  • Comfortable contacting people via phone, email, social media and facilitating introductions.
  • Persuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in-person.
  • Proactive, self-starter with great time management skills.
  • Has a desire to increase earnings based on performance.
