JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Tenured Sales Representative specializing in Wound Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and expanding market presence. Your experience and expertise will enable you to excel in achieving sales objectives within your assigned territory while adhering to all company compliance standards. Your responsibilities encompass maintaining accurate territory coverage, meticulous CRM reporting, and aligning with company policy guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize your tenure and proficiency to exceed sales targets and goals for OCM and substantially increase market share.
  • Demonstrate a deep commitment to both sales objectives and company compliance guidelines within your designated territory.
  • Execute meticulous customer segmentation strategies that align with company directives, ensuring that target customers receive the optimal level of engagement and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, enabling timely and effective fulfillment.
  • Stay well-informed on OCM, and competitive offerings, showcasing your expertise during face-to-face interactions and group presentations with healthcare professionals.
  • Regularly update your knowledge with the latest product information and clinical data provided by the company, effectively presenting and discussing these insights during engagements with healthcare professionals.
  • Remain attuned to the evolving healthcare landscape, proactively identifying potential opportunities and challenges to refine your strategic approach accordingly.
  • Actively contribute to the Brand Strategy, identifying novel avenues for driving business growth.
  • Perform continuous market analysis encompassing Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence to align short-term and long-term business goals with customer and market insights.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working synergistically with various teams, leveraging feedback and suggestions to enhance market penetration and achieve optimal results.
  • Develop and nurture an extensive contact network comprising prominent specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to further strengthen your impact.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must reside in or near: Chicago, Detroit, Buffalo, Albany, Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Newark, Baltimore, Phoenix, Tucson, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Atlanta, Birmingham, AL; Richmond, VA; Columbia/Charleston, SC.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of combined experience in the medical device and/or biopharmaceutical industry
  • VA (Veterans Affairs) experience and DoD (Department of Defense) experience preferred
  • Commitment to upholding our company’s ethical standards
  • Communicates well and has strong written and verbal skills
  • Builds relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Contract requires 2 product maximum sales responsibility
