Two Positions Available - Eastern Stand Time/Central Standard Time & Pacific Standard Time

To support our product launch, we are looking for support as:

Responsibilities ·

  • Support incoming medical questions through On Demand virtual support of our cross-functional partners, respond to unsolicited requests for information from HCPs by sharing appropriate data in a timely, compliant, and HCP-focused manner. ·
  • Ensure adherence to “MSL on Demand” process ·
  • Leverage scientific expertise and market knowledge with external health care providers as aligned with the traditional MSL team and medical team strategy. ·
  • Engage with external audiences through virtual interactions, and other future digital avenues. ·
  • Verbalize product data in a way that is impactful with a variety of stakeholders through digital channels. ·
  • Ensure appropriate identification and follow up with appropriate traditional MSLs to support all customers and internal team needs. ·
  • Actively share insights obtained , most frequently asked questions with the Oncology team to adapt strategy and content as needed. ·
  • Drive mutually high value HCP interactions. ·
  • Apply Impact Model principles to HCP interactions in alignment with medical team strategy and product prioritization. ·
  • Inform and shape medical strategy through application of a curious demeanor to collect impactful insights, understanding the strategic impact of critical insights. ·
  • Support Product during launch, and post-launch activities and communication plans per medical team strategy and tactical plans. ·
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Productto serve as a medical resource to colleagues. ·
  • Flex and adapt to current field medical needs, with ability to change towards high priority activities determined by the field medical leadership teams. ·
  • Lead or participate in projects and/or special initiatives ·
  • Lead administrative responsibilities (e.g., Veeva CRM, e-mail, expense reports, compliance modules) in a timely manner. ·
  • Promote and adhere to Ethics and Compliance Professional Practices Policies (e.g. working practice document, state/federal laws).

Key Performance Indicators ·

  • Ability to answer HCP questions in a high quality, accurate, and impactful manner.
  • Ability to synthesize data into succinct, informative, and scientifically accurate statements. ·
  • Ability to connect and build rapport in a virtual environment. ·
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes and act as an agent for positive change. ·
  • Ability to effectively educate and speak on 1L mPDAC. ·
  • Consistently contributes to facilitating others’ success. ·
  • Above mentioned administrative responsibilities (e.g., Veeva CRM, e-mail, expense reports, compliance modules, capture insights) Qualifications and Experience ·
  • Advanced Scientific, healthcare or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) is required ·
  • Previous holding of an MSL or related role with at least 2 years’ experience ·
  • Previous and recent experience in oncology ·
  • Proven experience and successful track record as an MSL ·
  • Experience in delivery of scientific presentations and development of relationships with Thought Leaders ·
  • Demonstrated expertise in ability to synthesize and communicate medical information clearly ·
  • Knowledge in data analysis and statistics as well as legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations and guidelines ·
  • Team player with solution-oriented approach and good communication skills
